Bethany Harris

Beth is a higher education professional with over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, admissions, careers and academic content negotiations. With a unique blend of sector knowledge and data science expertise, she brings valuable insight and technical skill to every project.

She’s led impactful initiatives across multiple organisations, including launching Power BI reporting for senior leaders and automating data and KPI reporting aligned with benchmarking metrics. Her work has supported key processes such as Athena Swan reporting and evaluation and performance reviews – ensuring data is both meaningful and actionable.​

Beth holds skills in Python and machine learning, and her Master’s apprenticeship focused on connecting strategy with real-world impact. She’s well-equipped to support the development of data models that inform evidence-based decision-making.

Passionate about using data to drive positive change, Beth takes a collaborative approach - always focusing on understanding user needs and making complex information clear and empowering.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys renovating her Victorian home, exploring new food spots and embroidery.

Amy Devenney

Amy is an academic researcher with strategic leadership experience across more than two decades. She structures research projects, designs activity plans, translates client needs into action and specialises in designing context-specific studies using mixed methods to uncover meaningful insights. 

Having led multi-million-pound projects from start to finish, Amy is skilled in stakeholder coordination, risk management and performance monitoring - ensuring high-quality, timely outcomes. 

Amy is passionate about creating inclusive, collaborative environments where people thrive. She prioritizes a warm, authentic leadership style that has helped build teams that embed research and evidence into organisational strategy and operations. 

Her background in academia gives her a strong understanding of how large organisations work, from governance to culture, making her a trusted advisor in evidence-informed decision-making. 

Outside of work, Amy can often be found outside on a long walk with her dogs.
